This is the signature dish at "Fat Lucky Cow" in Handan city. It is a plate of beef sashimi (raw, thinly-sliced lean beef) with a dry-ice fog added for effect. The second plate of raw beef is intended for cooking in those small pots on the table, along with vegetables.
